To configure your AirLive WL-5420CAM Wireless IP Camera quickly using the Setup Wizard, you must first establish a physical wired connection before switching the device to wireless operation. 1. Hardware Preparation
Attach the antenna by screwing it clockwise onto the back of the camera.
Connect the Ethernet cable from the camera’s LAN port directly to your router or computer.
Plug in the power adapter to turn on the camera, and wait one minute for the bootup sequence to finish. 2. Access the Setup Wizard Insert the installation CD into your computer’s disc drive.
Run the IP Wizard / Utility software included on the disc to automatically detect the camera on your local network.
